At GCI we believe in value add through long term relations with, and proximity to our client’s challenges and operational environments.

We bring new paradigms, and do for clients what they can’t do for themselves.
A view at our SED framework will make it evident that our skill sets can best be leveraged as “Subject Matter Experts” (SMEs) within the Enterprise Architecture and Organisation Design and -Development environments.

Acting as a Center of Expertise (CoE) in service of the client’s Organisation Design Governance Committee, in direct contact with business practitioners (especially those with an interest in organisation structures, staff complement, job descriptions and business process design / optimisation) will mandate and enable us to present the organisation with “one view” on the alignment and synchronisation between its enterprise architecture and organisation design components.

Our value will be in ensuring:

Few companies value their enterprise design blueprint as sustainable key capital, therefore have the mechanisms, which can provide such a view and services in place. Such organisations are therefore oblivious of the inefficiencies (by lack of proper design) and unnecessary cost hidden in their current designs.

The above mentioned CoE role is not necessarily a full time role. This role can be fulfilled on a part time contract bases, but need to extend over a sustainable period of time.
